Mt. Yamizo is the highest mointain in the prefecture towering above the borders and visible from both Tochigi and Fukushima Prefectures. The observaiion deck at the mountaintop boasts of a magnificent view and the mountian is a treasure trove of abundant nature and sightseeing places such as the Yamizomine-jinja Shrine, the Nichirin-ji Temple, and Springs of Yamizo River.
