The Mito Daishi Rokujizo Temple was built in the year 807. There is an excellent Weeping cherry tree aged 200 years which is a child tree of the tree Tokugawa Mitsukuni (Komon sama) appreciated. Also, the Ikebana Ikenobo Exhibition is held on March 30 and 31, an outdoor tea ceremony is held on March 24.
