This is an Edohigan cherry tree aged 350~400 years and is a designated national Natural Monument. It was named the Ishiwari cherry tree because it grew out breaking a big granite 21 meters in diameter and 1.7 meters in height. -

Basic information

First View Point It is Ishiwari Zakura said to bloom at the very beginning in Morioka. We let a lot of wonderful flowers bloom to Oki.
