Around 1,000 Yoshino cherry are planted on the West side of Mt. Kameyama, 235 meters above the sea, located in Oshima in Kesennuma Bay. Further, visitors can also enjoy viewing the Gyoiko trees, cherry trees that bloom green petals in mid-May. Camellias also bloom at the same time as cherry blossoms. Visitors can enjoy the view of these flowers and the pleasing view of Sanriku Seashore from the top of the mountain.

Access (railroad) It is about 1 minute on foot from Kameyama mountaintop, there from JR Kesennuma Station in about 30-minute walk from "Kameyama entrance" getting off for diamond in the rough flat going Miya Coe bus about 30 minutes
Access (car) It is Kameyama halfway up a mountain parking lot (there are number restrictions) 10-minute walk from Tohoku Expressway one Seki IC for about 1 hour 30 minutes via Route 284
